2. What we collect
- Information you send us through our quote, reservation and contact forms or by email: name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, and the details you write about your requirements (for example GPUs, budget, timeline, location).
- Basic technical data needed to run the website: IP address, browser type and pages requested, held briefly in our hosting provider’s logs for security and reliability.
- Anonymous visit statistics: we use cookie-free analytics that count page views without identifying you or following you across sites.
- Your country, worked out from your IP address, only to show the website in a suitable language. It is stored in your own browser, not by us.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and arrange calls. Basis: your consent when you send the form, and steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
- To provide and bill services you order, under the contract we sign with you. Basis: contract.
- To keep the website secure and working. Basis: legitimate interests; for India, reasonable purposes permitted under the DPDP Act, 2023.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Basis: legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. We only send you marketing emails if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting and cookie-free analytics)
- Resend (delivery of form emails)
- Google (business email and documents)
- Data-centre, cloud and hardware partners, only when needed to quote or deliver a service you asked for, and only the details they need
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to tax authorities or in response to a valid legal order.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside India and outside your country, including in the United States. Where data about people in the EU or UK is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses offered by those providers. Transfers from India follow the DPDP Act, 2023 and any restrictions notified under it.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a contract: up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted.
- Customer and billing records: for as long as the contract runs and then as long as Indian tax and company law requires (normally 8 years).
- Hosting logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider, normally days to weeks.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, where we no longer need it for a legal or contractual reason;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what we did before);
- object to or restrict certain uses, and receive your data in a portable format (EU/UK);
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to (India).
Email contact@zaryacloud.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

9. Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, multi-factor sign-in on our business accounts, and providers with recognised security practices. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
