How we do it

From an empty hall to a live operations centre, in six stages.

  1. Assess

    We study your workloads, regulations, sites, power and budget, and agree what “sovereign” must mean for you.

    You get: requirements, site assessment, budget estimate
  2. Design

    Vendor-neutral design of the hall, power, cooling, network, security and SOC/NOC rooms, sized for growth and GPUs.

    You get: layouts, single-line diagrams, bill of materials
  3. Build

    Civil and electrical works, UPS and generators, cooling, fire safety and physical security, managed by our project team.

    You get: weekly progress, one accountable project manager
  4. Install

    Racks, cabling, network, servers, GPUs and storage, then the SOC and NOC platforms, screens and tools.

    You get: labelled, documented infrastructure
  5. Test & commission

    Load tests, failover tests and security checks before anything goes live, with your team watching.

    You get: test reports and sign-off
  6. Operate & hand over

    We run the data centre, SOC and NOC for you, alongside you, or train your people and hand over the keys.

    You get: runbooks, training, ongoing support
